Zoomtopia is the annual celebration of our customers. Everything we do at Zoom – from developing features to building products to providing support – we do it for you, the ones using our communications solutions to make an impact on the world, and you deserve to be celebrated. Zoomtopia offers interactive and engaging sessions, customer panels, and guest speakers designed to provide value to our customers and offer a glimpse into the future of communications. There’s also world-class entertainment and guest appearances, because, well … you deserve that, too!

Zoomtopia is for everyone that’s passionate about communication, collaboration, and empowering  your workforce today and in the future. The world has shifted significantly within the past year, and Zoom was at the forefront  — connecting businesses, schools, and other organizations as we all adapted. Zoomtopia will help attendees better understand the changing workplace, enable hybrid teams, and Build Forward with a safe and secure communications platform.

Yes, all keynotes and most breakout sessions will be available for on-demand viewing. An email will also go out with links to the complete library of content in the days that follow the event.

Zoomtopia will have regional agendas for our global customers. We have made considerations in scheduling our programming to serve the needs of our broad, globally-based audience as much as possible.

All keynote presentations and breakout sessions will be held in English. For certain sessions, we offer live interpretations in Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese.

Zoomtopia will be hosted on Zoom Events, a virtual event platform for hosting single-session and multi-session events. With dedicated event hubs, robust registration and ticketing options, and attendee networking for free or paid events, Zoom Events vastly simplifies the virtual event experience for hosts and their attendees. This year’s theme is The Imaginarium, a space devoted to imagination and discovery. This idea embodies the spirit of the pandemic era, in which creativity defined how we connected professionally and socially and persevered overall. This theme gives you – and us – the space to reflect on what we’ve learned and how we build on that knowledge and innovate going forward.

Partner Connect is an additional segment of partner-focused content taking place on Wednesday, September 15. This is an invite-only opportunity for Zoom Partners to hear exclusive executive insights, exciting program updates, and critical Zoomtopia partner takeaways to enhance how they go to market with Zoom. Happy the Humpback is our unofficial Zoomtopia mascot. Happy has been part of Zoomtopia since 2018 and represents the journey of Zoom as well as our annual customer celebration. Whales often migrate thousands of miles of ocean between feeding and breeding grounds. Happy has been a staple in our Zoomtopia themes – Out of This World, Epic Environments, and now The Imaginarium. He is a constant reminder of how far we’ve come and how far we can all go, together.
